Return of the Golden Gloves
Thursday 21 February, 10 to 12noon.
Join us at this free community event at the Strelley Social Club to celebrate the return of the popular boxing session for over 55's. This free community sessions will be a great opportunity to ask any questions you have about the session, watch boxing demonstrations and enjoy some refreshments. The Golden Gloves classes start the following week.
I feel good because I’ve done a workout. I don’t do any other exercise at all apart from walking and playing with the kids. So it is the only exercise that I really do and you do wake up in the morning burning so you know you’ve done a good job.
