Samba Fitness is a partner-free dance based fitness class that uses the popular rythmic dances techniques from traditional Brazillian Samba.
What to expect...
Samba dance will give you an amazing full body workout, just go at your own pace and enjoy the music and atmosphere! It really is for everyone from the experienced dancer to the absolute beginner with easy to follow routines with step by step instructions.
What do I need to know?
This is a mixed session that is suitable for people of all levels. It is recommended to take a bottle of water and a towel and maybe even a friend for a bit of a giggle!
