What is it?
Hooping can burn up to 100 calories every ten minutes, As well as toning the body and focusing on the mid-section muscles, the exercise can tone areas including your bum and thighs as well as increasing flexibility.
What to expect
Emma will teach you the basics of hooping, no previous experience required. You can then practice and progress onto learning tricks.
What do I need to know?
This class costs just £3 per visit. This is a mixed session that is suitable for people of all levels. Hoops will be provided for the class but you are welcome to take your own if you have one. It is recommended to take a bottle of water and a towel.
